癌性空洞


病理学术语。肺癌内部形成的空洞,发生率约为10%~20%,主要见于周围型肺癌,以鳞癌居多。形成原因多认为与癌组织液化、坏死或感染等因素有关。影像学特点是:①空洞壁厚而不均,内壁凸凹不平,有结节影向腔内突出。②空洞内多无液平,个别肺癌呈薄壁腔样表现,洞壁虽光滑整齐,但仍有薄厚不均的表现,可提示诊断。
