The Upper Archean Enclavement of Magnesioriebeckites-Bearing Gneiss in Liaoning Province: Old Glaucophane-Schist Relict;

On the basis of the petrology,mineral chemistry and p-t conditions of the amphibole-bearing schists across Guandian,Zhangbaling,amphiboles in this schist belong to magnesioriebeckite,the average oxide contents: Al2O3=3.

The formation of alkaline metasomatites with charoite, potash richterite (richterite asbestos) and blue nephrite is conditioned by inert behaviour, first of all, of silicic acid and alkalis (with a varying role of Na 2O and K 2O) and by quite mobile FeO, MgO, CaO, and Al 2O 3.

Through detailed research on sample analysis result from energy spectrum,scanning electron microscope and ordinary optical microscope,an unusual amphibole mineral is discovered—magnesium rich arfvedsonite,sourcing from secondary alteration of titanite,which is a very unusual mineral metasomatic alteration phenomenon,that is,natrium and ma.

The chemical compositions of the final crystals, whichare composed of diopside and richterite, of this type glass-ceramics are almost the same as thoseof the parent glass.
