Considering the problems existing in prefecture-level TV weather forecast program making,with the VB programming tool and the reflectivity factor data from new-gerenration radar,a TGA document series with an Alpha channel is generated,by means of the cubic convolution interpolation algorithm scaling.
针对地市级电视天气预报节目中雷达图制作环节存在的问题,使用VB编程工具,读取单站新一代天气雷达产品的第19类数据(反射率因子),利用三次卷积插值算法进行放缩,生成可适用绝大多数非编软件播出的带有Alpha通道的TGA文件序列,并且可以通过Alpha通道叠加背景图片或动态视频,实现雷达产品在电视天气预报节目中播出。

To overcome the problems of the interpolation of the velocity and velocity derivative on non-grid during wavefront construction,a more accurate interpolation algorithm,called bicubic convolution interpolation,has been presented.

To solve this problem,we propose approximation algorithms including the nearest neighbour,bilinear and cubic convolution interpolation.

The PAL image is restored according to the imaging feature of panoramic annular lens,referenced to the highest resolution,adopt an interpolation method based on edge detection which adopts cubic convolution interpolation for edge and bilinear interpolation for non-edge.

In order to improve its performance,this paper proposes bicubic convolution template algorithm:make the bicubic interpolation discrete and infer 16 templates,in which the original real operations are replaced by integer operations.
为提高其计算性能,设计了双三次卷积模板算法:对双三次插值算法进行离散化处理,变实数运算为整数运算,得到16个模板,模板与邻域像素的灰度值进行卷积计算,得到变换后的像素的灰度值。
