Northeast Economic Zone is the main commodity grain base of our country,and through the construction and development for many years,it has already possessed the foundation and advantage of building grain logistics system.

The author focuses on creating grain logistics system of Hunan.

This thesis includes six parts: foreword, basic theory knowledge, Current situation of grain logistics system in internal-external and Beijing area, and make necessary analyse to develop Beijing area grain logistics and give out some constructive countermeasures.

So, a perfect set of grain logistics system can accelerate the development of economy and bring up the income of people (especially the farmers).

Based on the grain logistics distribution problem of the grain logistics enterprise,combing with the theory and methods of GIS,this paper did the systems analysis of the GLD_DSS(grain logistics distribution_decision support system).

In the process of reforming old industrial bases,it is important to develop food logistics industry and optimize agricultural structure in order to promote old industrial base .
