We focused on seed germination characteristics of 9 Papaveraceae species under 5 different temperatures,the main results are as follows:(1)Compared with low temperature(5~10℃),germination percentage of Macleya microcarpa,Dicranostigma leptopodum,Chelidonium majus and Dicranostigma lactucoides which were collected in low altitude were higher in high temperature(15~25℃).

罂粟科(Papaveraceae) 双子叶植物,隶属罂粟目(Papaverales)。25属,300种,主产北美洲,少数产中南美洲。中国11属,55种,分布南北各地。 草本,少灌木,含多种异喹啉碱,具发达的乳汁管。叶互生或对生,全缘,常浅裂或深裂。无托叶。气孔器无规则型。花两性。雄蕊多数,花药纵裂。花粉二或三细胞型。子房上位。胚珠通常多数,倒生或弯生。胚乳核型。蒴果瓣裂或孔裂。种子小,有胚乳。染色体x=5-11,16,19。 许多种的花很美丽,特别是罂粟属(Papaver),为花园观赏植物。罂粟(Papaver somniferum)是鸦片的来源,花和果实供药用。博洛回(Macleaya cordata)有剧毒,可做外伤药。 |
