It is sequenced and analysed that full length 16S rRNA gene and 16S 23S rRNA internally transcribed spacer (ITS) sequences of 3 strains from genus Arthrospira and 1 strain from genus Spirulina .
测定了节旋藻属 3个品系和螺旋藻属 1个品系的全长 1 6SrRNA基因和 1 6S 2 3SrRNA转录单元内间隔区序列 (ITS) ,分析了已知的节旋藻、螺旋藻和相关品系的相应序列的同源性 ,构建了系统发生树 ,并评价了这两段DNA序列在节旋藻、螺旋藻种属分类和种质鉴定中的意义。

pylori)是目前唯一证实的人类致癌细菌,而随着螺杆菌属不断扩大,其新成员与肿瘤发生的关系已获得大量的证据支持,本文谨对螺杆菌感染与胃肠肿瘤、肝癌和黏膜相关淋巴组织(MALT)淋巴瘤的关系作一概述,裨益于增进对微生物致癌特性和机制的了解。

笔者在整理浙江沿海荔枝螺属Thais Roeding,1798标本时,经形态分类方法和分子生物学方法鉴定发现1新种,即大渔荔枝螺Thais(Stramonita)dayunensis sp。
