In this paper,the last two strides of run-up of our elite female long jumpers were analyzed by using literature review,survey,imaging techniques,image analysis and mathematic & statistic method,some relevant technical data were also analyzed.
采用文献资料法、调查法、影像拍摄法、图像解析法和数理统计法,对我国优秀女子跳远运动员助跑最后两步进行解析,并选择相关技术参数进行分析。

千步沙
千步沙在普陀山东海岸。自几宝岭北麓至望海亭下一片沙滩，长约1750米，称千步沙，为普陀山上最大的沙滩。沙面宽阔平缓，沙质柔软细净，北端有一巨石植根沙间，水落则石出，上书“听潮”二字，向上有石阶通往望海亭。目前，千步沙已开辟了海滨浴场和海上娱乐中心。
交通：2号线在“法雨寺”下车，步行200米即到。
