曲垣 曲垣 经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。属手太阳小肠经。在肩胛部，冈上窝内侧端，当臑俞与第2胸椎棘突连线的中点处。布有第二胸神经后支的外侧支及副神经，深层为肩胛上神经肌支，并有颈横动、静脉降支，深层为肩胛上动、静脉肌支。主治肩背疼痛，颈项强急，以及冈上肌腱炎，肩关节周围炎等。直刺0.5-1寸。艾炷灸3-5壮；或艾条灸5-10分钟。
