本课题在对某型发动机低压涡轮工作叶片原型的内部冷却结构和温度分布进行详细分析、验算的基础上,根据原型叶片的冷却设计特点、温度分布和其在发动机上的工作条件,从工程适用的观点出发,着眼于先进发动机气冷叶片采用的冷却技术的现状,采用多通道、直肋和斜肋等先进的冷却结构形式对某型发动机低压涡轮工作叶片的内部冷却进行改进设计,共给出了六种不同冷却形式、不同参数组合的内部冷却结构。
