The Utermhl method is a world-wide used the standard method for phytoplankton numeration,yet nowadays the hemacytometer counting method and coulter counter method are commonly used in most Chinese laboratories.
选取几种实验室纯种培养的浮游植物做为研究对象,取生长状态良好的藻液,按适当比例稀释成一定梯度,分别以国际通用的标准方法Utermhl计数法以及实验室常用的库尔特计数法或血球计数法进行计数,得出这两种常用计数方法与Utermhl计数法的校正关系。
