地籍图是表示土地权属界线、面积和利用状况等地籍要素的地籍管理专业用图，是地籍调查的主要成果。
地籍图是地籍管理的重要依据。中国在封建社会就有地籍图的绘制，以作为征收田赋的依据。最著名的的地籍图是明代的鱼鳞图册。是明洪武二十年（1378年）命各州县分区编造，以田地为主；详列面积、地形、四至、土质及地主姓名，一式四份，分存各级政府，作为征税根据。因图上所绘田亩依次排列为鱼鳞，故称“鱼鳞图册”。以后几经修订，一直沿用至清代。
地籍测量绘制的图件称为地籍图。它是表示土地产权、地界和分区的平面图，图上附有各部分的说明、注解和识别资料。
地籍图的内容包括地籍要素和必要的地形要素。地籍要素指土地的编号、利用类别、等级、面积及权属界线，界地点及其编号，各级行政区划界线及房产情况。必要的地形要素指与地籍管理有关的一些房屋、道路、水系、垣栅及地物和地理名称等。
