On the basis of Monte Carlo theory and the equivalent-normal theory of First Order Reliability Method,the generalized fuzzy random reliability theory is put forward with the help of Fuzzy probability as well as expansion principle.
基于Monte Carlo理论及First Order Reliability Method当量正态化理论借助Fuzzy概率及扩张原则提出了广义模糊随机可靠度理论,结合边坡滑动失效模式及渗透失效模式建立了Stevenson-Moses算法下的堤防系统广义模糊随机可靠度算法,就长江荆南主干堤典型断面的可靠性进行分析,论证了对堤身边坡做系统可靠度分析的必要性,得到的规律性认识具有工程安全指导意义。

1930年出生于京都，原名泷井峻三，别名夏目大介，京都大学法学部毕业后任职中日新闻社，1967年司法考试合格并于两年后于京都开业成为律师，其间曾以本名于"宝石"发表《红月》，1963年再以笔名和久一创作《圆空的铊》并入选"eqmm"新人征文的佳作，1968年再以《有罪与无罪之间》入选第十四届江户川乱步赏候补。
和久峻三于1972年再以《华丽的影》(后来更名为《假面法庭》)获得第十八届江户川乱步赏，从此开始相继发表以律司、检事等为主角的法庭推理小说，最为著名的便是已发表近百部的《红芜菁检事系列》，而他于1989年再以《雨月庄杀人事件》获得第四十二届日本推理作家协会赏。
