本实验将白花柽柳(Tamarix albiflonum)质膜水通道蛋白基因TaAQP,分别正向和反向插入到植物表达载体pBI121中,经对表达载体pBI121的测序表明所得序列与目的基因序列一致,可用于对烟草的转化。
