【头寸曹理创新】商业银行的头寸是指其所持有的即时可用资金额度。头寸管理的目的，是为了满足商业银行的流动性需求。头寸管理，是银行流动性管理的主要内容。流动性风险是银行经营管理中的三大风险之一，流动性危机，是商业银行必须全力防止的恶性风险。为了满足银行的流动性要求，银行创造了一系列头寸管理、调度方法。 1，编制流动性计划 流动性计划又称头寸调度表，是银行流动性管理部门(银行通常设流动性管理经理，专门负责流动性调度)根据对将来该银行的流动性需求状况的预测，列出流动性调度措施的时间表，用于指导今后一段时间内的流动性管理工作。流动性计划通常有近、中、远期三种期限。近期通常指1周以内，基本上就是通常所说的头寸调度，中期一般在1周以上、l个月以内或再长一些，远期则指l个月以上的流动性管理。编制流动性计划主要是考虑到期资产与负债的匹配情况，预先采取措施增加或减少资产或负债的数量，以使资产和负债的到期日大致匹配，为将来的头寸调度打下基础，减少困难。编制流动性计划，是银行进行流动性管理的一个重要环节，也是银行在流动性管理中做到心中有数、有备无患的前提。编制流动性计划的最大好处，在于通过科学的计算，预测未来的流动性需求，预先采取相应的措施，从而避免了过多的紧急头寸调度行动，因而可以达到以较低的头寸调度成本，获得满意的流动性调度效果。流动性计划，不仅可以使银行在需要流动性的时候，能以较小成本达到目的，而且可以使银行在流动性富余的情况下，确切地知道多余的即时可用资金的可运用期限，从而作出合适的资金运用选择，避免过多流动性闲置。 流动性预测，是流动性管理的前提，也是做好流动性管理的关键。可以说，做好了流动性预测，流动性管理就已经成功了叨%。随着现代科学技术的发展，银行的流动性预测工作，已经取得了巨大的进步，最突出的就是银行现在普遍运用计算机技术、通信技术来帮助进行流动性预测。首先，通过运用新技术，负责银行流动性管理的经理做到了对流动性供给与需求状况的即时掌握。每时每刻银行有多少资金流人、流出，有多少付款请求、贷款需求等信息全部进人计算机，展现在流动性经理面前，他可以随时清楚地了解本行的即时可用资金情况，并随时可通过计算机了解本行可以采取哪些措施来获得资金或者把现金运用出去，好的计算机辅助系统还可以按方案的优劣提供一系列流动性调度可选方案，供经理人员选择，从而使流动性管理工作走向标准化、科学化。
