【工租施工控侧侧.】为工程的定线放样而建立各种控制网的测量工作。为便于对主体工程的控制和施工放样，施工平面控制网多以主体建筑物的主轴线为依据扩展网形。建筑工程施工控制网多是布设成为与主要建筑物相互平行的方格网。在点位布设方面，重要建筑物的主轴线上，均应布有控制点。在精度方面，应能保证各种工程放样的不同要求。施工控制测量方法视工程的性质而定，对于建筑方格网而言，是先根据测图控制网点，放样出它的主轴线，然后从主轴线初步放样出全网的各点，再精密测出各点的实际坐标，然后，以各点的设计坐标为准进行点位改正并埋设牢固的点位标志。施工控制网多用假定的施工坐标系统。它是整个施工期间定线放样，峻工验收的依据。
