超常期传导
又称"超常传导"。在心脏传导系统明显受抑制时,发生的极短时间内意外的传导功能矛盾性的改善。其表现是在心肌激动之后的早期(绝对不应期),本应引起传导阻滞的时候,却反常地发生激动的传导;或在心肌激动之后的晚期(相对不应期),本应发生传导延迟的时候,却反常地发生传导改善。临床所见超常传导多见于房室交界区,其次是希氏束、浦肯野纤维。
