| 红水河 在中国广西壮族自治区西北部。西江上游的别称。上游干流南盘江，源出云南省曲靖市马雄山，在广西西林县与清水河汇合后，沿西林、隆林、田林3县至贵州省望谟县双江口汇北盘江后始称红水河，东南流到象州县石龙镇的三江口同柳江汇合处止。全长638千米，流域面积3.32万平方千米（不包括南盘江和北盘江流域面积），年平均流量为696 亿立方米（来宾迁江站）。多峡谷、险滩，水流湍急，不利于航行，但水量大，落差集中，水力资源十分丰富，开发条件优越，可建设10个梯级电站，可开发水能资源的装机容量约1000万千瓦。红水河水力发展梯级开发已被列为国家重点开发项目。
