本文在分析大气环流及物理量场特征基础上,结合卫星云图资料对2007年3月4~5日黑龙江东南部地区一次暴雪天气过程成因进行了探讨,发现本次暴雪出现在强烈上升的饱和湿区,水汽主要来自于低层输入,是高空南北锋区合并、低空暖式切变、地面低压入海加强东移北上等高低空系统相互作用的结果,同时分析还表明本次暴雪过程也具有中小尺度特征。

使用 NCEP/NCAR 1979~ 1995年 17年全球旬平均网格点资料及北疆 8个站 1979~ 1995年 17年冬季( 12~ 2月)降水资料,选取了 3个降水偏多年, 4个降水偏少年,分别计算了偏多、偏少年对应北半球范围内 500、 100hPa冬季平均高度场及距平场,分别计算了对应新疆范围内极锋锋区的强度和位置。
