性质:在原子吸收光谱分析中,以数值内插法或图解内插法求算分析结果的测定方法。可通过函数在若干个有限个点处的离散聚值,计算函数在别处的值。图解内插法是配制比试样中待测元素含量略低与略高的两份标准溶液,其吸光度值分别为试样吸光度值的±%以内。绘制吸光度-浓度曲线,由图求算待测元素含量。当标准溶液与试样溶液组成匹配,测定条件稳定时,分析误差可小于1%。
