In the paper,by using the data observed in "The Field Experiment on Land-atmosphere Interaction over Arid Region of Northwest China",characteristics of atmospheric humidity,characteristics of soil water content,characteristics of land surface parameters with soil water content and other land surface parameters are analyzed.
