适应症:
1.用于创伤或手术后伤口愈合、抗炎及防止局部水肿、积血、扭伤血肿、乳房手术后浮肿、中耳炎、鼻炎等。 2.本品对眼球睫状韧带有选择性松解作用,故可用于白内障摘除,使晶状体比较容易地移去。
用量用法:
用等渗盐水溶解本品配成1:5000溶液,由瞳孔注入后房,经2~3分钟,在晶状体浮动后以等渗盐水冲洗,即可取出晶状体。
注意事项:
1.不可作静注。 2.不满20岁的眼病病人或玻璃体液不固定的创伤性白内障病人忌用,因可导致玻璃体液丧失。 3.如引起过敏反应,可用抗组胺类药物治疗。 4.本品水溶液极不稳定,必须临用前以注射用水现配。 5.用前需做过敏试验。
