以 m s1 雄性核不育系、(N885 5× N2 899) F1 质核互作雄性不育株及 (N2 899×N885 5 ) F1 雄性可育株为材料 ,采用单株套化纤布袋、尼龙网袋及田间自然开放条件3种处理 ,在南京与海南两个地理环境条件研究雄性不育材料传粉的昆虫媒介及其异交结实数 ,结果显示 :南方地区大豆雄性不育材料的昆虫传粉媒介主要为花蓟马 ,田间自然开放条件下 ms1 的平均传粉异交结实数为正常植株自交结实数的 3。
