On the basis of Cangkou Navigational Cable-Stayed Bridge located at Qingdao Bay,a simplified calculation method which is named the equivalent plate thickness method is adopted to analyze the mechanical behavior of anchorage zone under the most unfavorable cable load in general working condition and broken cable condition and under the biggest compression stress in top web of steel box girder.
以青岛海湾大桥稀索斜拉桥为工程背景,采用简化计算方法(等效板厚法),应用程序ANSYS,建立板壳单元有限元计算模型,分别对普通工况和断索工况下斜拉索索力最大,钢箱梁截面顶板压应力最大的工况下,锚固区域的受力性能进行了研究。

Non-linear finite element analyses of steel anchor box used in cable-girder anchorage zone,steel anchor box,for Cangkou Navigational Bridge of Qingdao Bay Bridge are carried out by two different methods which are equivalent plate thickness method and non-liner contact element method.
采用非线性接触单元法和简化的等效板厚法两种不同的建模方法,对青岛海湾大桥沧口航道桥索梁锚固结构———钢锚箱进行三维非线性有限元仿真分析,将计算结果进行比较,验证了非线性接触单元法的计算模型能够较真实地反映锚箱锚垫板与承压板之间不焊接,但紧密压贴的关系。
