性质:工业上简称气相磺化。用过量的过热芳烃蒸气通入120~180℃浓硫酸中,由于共沸,使未反应的芳烃蒸气带出磺化反应生成的水,使磺化剂的浓度不致于下降太多,有利于磺化反应的继续进行。是提高硫酸利用率的一种好方法。芳烃蒸气与水蒸气的混合物经冷凝分离后可回收芳烃,循环使用。这种磺化方法只适用于沸点较低、易挥发的芳烃,如苯、甲苯的磺化。
