性质:由红细胞、肝和其他哺乳动物组织分离而得的金属酶蛋白。催化O2-+O2-+2H+=H2O2+O2反应含有两个相同的亚单位。按其金属辅离子不同分为三种类型:Cu-Zn-SOD,每一个亚单位含铜和锌离子各一个分子量34000±(4%);Mn-SOD,分子量400000;Fe-SOD,分子量约40000。中国目前商品主要是从猪红细胞中提得的Cu-Zn-SOD,含Cu0.32%。超氧阴离子O2-游离基是人体内的有毒物质。SOD是催化O2-+O2-+2H+H2O2+O2反应的酶,它普遍存在于需氧化物中,保护机体对抗氧自由基的作用,超氧基被认为是电离辐射在机体中产生的诱变基因。具有辐射防护、抗衰老、消炎、去皱、淡化色斑等作用。
