以β-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯、N-溴代丁二酰亚胺、水和硫脲为原料,采用一锅法制得2-氨基噻唑-5-甲酸甲酯,产率71%;再通过重氮化-溴化反应合成2-溴噻唑-5-甲酸甲酯,产率68%。
