死胎死产率
死胎指妊娠已达28足周或以上的胎儿在产程发生之前宫内死亡。先天畸形是常见死亡原因,其他为胎盘脐带因素等。还有一些死亡原因不明者,下次妊娠应列为高危险组,以便认真监测预防再发。开展早期保健及产前诊断可减少死胎发生。其计算公式为:死胎率=〓〓年内该地区死胎数〓〓年内该地区出生总数〓〓×1000‰死产指妊娠已达28足周或以上的胎儿,在产程进行中至娩出前死亡者。缺氧窒息是常见死亡原因;但先天发育异常之胎儿容易发生窒息,故如遇产程进展未见异常而胎儿窒息死亡者应进一步寻找有无其他异常以免做出错误判断,和对下次妊娠咨询指导也不利。其计算公式为:死产率=〓〓年内该地区死产数〓〓年内该地区出生总数〓〓×1000‰
