By using Instron 1342 testing system and an improved SHPB technique, four kinds of PP/PA blends with two types of interface modifier and different weight ratio are tested at a wide range of strain rates from 10~ -4 up to 10~3 s~ -1 and at a temperature range of 25-80 ℃.
采用Instron1342液压伺服试验机和改进的SHPB技术对2种不同相容剂和重量比的4种PP/PA共混高聚物进行了应变率在10-4~103s-1宽广范围,温度为25℃、40℃、60℃、80℃下的一维应力力学性能试验。

In this paper,EPDM/PP blends with different rubber plastic ratio are extruded separately in dynamic and steady condition from the tri-screw dynamic mixing extruder,and the tensile strength of samples are investigated in the experiment.
振动频率和振幅对共混物的拉伸强度均有很好的强化作用,并分析了振动力场对EPDM/PP共混物影响的规律和振动强化效果。
