医经著作，12卷。河北医学院校释。此书以《四部丛刊》影印明赵府居敬堂刊本为底本，以元至元己卯胡氏古林书堂刊本、明成化十年熊氏种德堂刊本、明绣谷书林周日校重刊本等13种版本为对校本，又据历代医籍及非医古籍进行它校。对《灵枢》原文校勘精审，略无差讹。全书卷次一依底本。每篇之下分列提要、原文、校勘、注释、语译、按语等项。其注释除文字训诂之外，每引前贤旧注，务使其义理贯通。其语译，以直译与意译相参，简捷流畅。原文精义需作发挥或校注之中须予阐论者，则加按语。以校注和审定皆出集体智慧，持论较为平正，纰漏较少。1982年由人民卫生出版社出版。
