即心脏冠状动脉壁的粥样硬化,多发生于左冠状动脉的前降支。由于冠脉内膜纤维结缔组织增生变化,形成粥样硬化斑块,可使管腔狭窄。由于冠脉中层钙化,可使其变硬,迂曲并隆起。冠脉粥样硬化时,有无心肌缺血的临床表现,则视病变血管的侧枝循环情况而异。
