材料
蝴蝶粉半杯，吞拿鱼半罐，粟米粒、甘笋粒、青豆各2茶匙。
调味料
白汁沙律酱4茶匙，盐21／2茶匙，橄榄油3茶匙。
做法
1、先将水煮滚，加入2茶匙盐及2茶匙油，放入蝴蝶粉煮7至8分钟，过冷河，沥干备用。
2、将吞拿鱼、粟米粒、甘笋粒、青豆和1／2茶匙及1茶匙橄榄油捞在一起，加入蝴蝶粉拌匀，放入雪柜，吃时不用加热。
