With my own teaching experience,the problems existing in the teaching of fundamental chemistry experiment course for students and teachers were discussed.

Taking Jiaxing University as an examples,this paper discusses how to build a platform for data management of fundamental chemistry experiment and evaluation of experimental teaching.

The method and measure of raising college students' engineering awareness and ability in foundational chemistry experiment from the teaching procedure,optimizing content of experiment teaching,improving format of experiment teaching,constructing platform of foundation chemistry experiment,opening laboratory,and reforming evaluation system.

Facing with transformation of higher education from "professional education" to "quality education",students’ innovational consciousness and creationary idea are limited by the traditional didactical mode of basic chemical experiment.
