ealshoehuan eo一kuong fangfo采砂船采矿方法(dredging method)指采砂船布置方式和回采路线。有单工作面采矿方法、相邻工作面采矿方法和联合采矿方法。 单工作面采矿方法采砂船以一个工作面进行开采,当采完工作面的全宽后,船向前移动一个步距,继续开采。其优点是调动船简单,容易操作。其缺点是当矿层较厚时,尾矿堆易于压盖两侧矿体,损失和贫化较大。单工作面采矿方法包括两种:(l)单工作面纵向采矿方法采砂船以单工作面进行开采,顺河谷或逆河谷轴线而推进。它的优点是可根据季节水位不同而改变推进方向,船调转18扩的次数少,时间利用率较高;它的缺点是当矿体边界勘探不清时,容易造成开采损失。(2)单工作面横向采矿方法采砂船以单工作面进行开采,垂直矿体走向穿梭式推进。它的优点是可始终保持工作面的最优宽度,对边界外的矿体可边勘探边开采;它的缺点是船调转180“次数多,导致时间利用率降低。 相邻工作面采矿方法在一个采池中,采砂船在几个相邻的工作面中轮流开采。其优点是采池宽度较大,尾砂堆分布较均匀;即使开采厚度较大或者水上干帮较高的砂矿床,尾砂堆侧面可以不压或少压矿体;可减少横移钢绳的移设次数。其缺点是,需要较长的钢绳;开采边界外的矿体较困难;在严寒地区,清理采池中水块的工作量增大。这种采矿方法又可分为相邻工作面纵向采矿方法与相邻工作面横向采矿方法。 联合采矿方法通常在一个矿区内矿体的形态变化较大,用单一采矿方法开采困难时,可根据具体条件,选用联合采矿法,即单工作面与相邻工作面相结合的采矿方法。
