The values of δ13C,δ15N,δ34S and δ2H of chicken crude protein collected from nine regions distributed in Beijing,Shandong,Hunan and Guangdong and the value of δ18O of feeding water of the corresponding regions were determined by isotope ratio mass spectrometry.
