In this paper we suppose that coefficient matrix A possesses "proprety∮" then discuss the convergence of the USSOR,SSOR iterative methods, give the necessary and sufficient conditions of this two iterative methods, at the same time, give the convergence domains of the 2-block USSOR、SSOR iterative methods for large scale least squares problems.
