占有特殊重要的地位。20世纪40年代，火箭技术、原子能技术和电子计算机技术首先在军事领域得到应用。40年代初，德国就成立军用火箭技术的专门研究机构，组织起专业科研队伍，开办了火箭发动机、助推燃料及导弹总装的专门生产企业;美国为生产原子弹，建立起原子能反应堆、气体扩散厂和电磁分离铀工厂等，形成了规模庞大的核技术产业。40年代中期，世界上第一台电子计算机首先在军事领域内问世，继而很快在其他行业中推广应用，迅速发展成为高技术产业。50年代末期，空间技术在远程导弹技术的带动下，取得了惊人的成就，空间技术产业也随之兴起。60年代中后期，大规模集成电路的研制成功，使微电子技术迅速实现了产业化。70年代以后，生物工程技术和深海探测技术进人实用性开发阶段，并逐渐成为新兴的高技术产业。80年代以来，一个以信息技术、核技术、空间技术、微电子技术、海洋开发技术、生物工程技术以及新材料、新能源技术为骨干的高技术产业群基本形成，引起世界各国的普遍关注。大量军用高技术产品装备部队，对于促进国防经济发展，加速国防与军队现代化建设具有巨大作用。 在世界高技术及其产业化的竞争中，许多国家都把发展高技术列为发展战略的重要组成部分，积极制订高技术的长期发展规划。继1983年3月美国提出“星球大战”计划之后，西欧国家联合制订“尤里卡”计划，经互会国家制订“2000年前的科学技术进步综合纲要”，口本制订“振兴科技政策大纲”，都把战略目光放在了21世纪的高技术发展上。1986年，中国制订“高技术研究发展纲要”(“863”计划)，提出生物工程技术、航天技术、信息技术、激光技术、自动化技术、能源技术、新材料技术等7个领域的长期发展规划。截至1993年底，“863”计划已取得550项成果，其中300项达到80年代中后期国际水平，部分成果达到国际领先水平;实现高技术产业化的“火炬”计划，共立项5 200个，1993年实现产值395亿元，出口创汇5.8亿美元。高技术发展计划的制订和实施，不仅对经济和科技的发展起到推动作用，而且会给国防建设带来深远的影响。 (汪庆荣)gaoiishu Chanye高技术产业(high teehnology industry)在高技术开发应用的基础上形成的高度知识密集型的新兴产业。 高技术一词由英文“high teC匕「ology”直译而来。目前世界各国对高技术一词理解不完全一致。
