细菌性阴道病
细菌性阴道病是一种混合性细菌感染，阴道黏膜充血不明显，病理特征无炎症病变。主要表现为阴道排液增多，有恶臭味，可伴有轻度外阴瘙痒或烧灼感。白带呈灰白色，均匀一致的稀薄白带、黏度很低。因厌氧菌代谢产生气体，因而有时白带可见泡沫。诊断应具有下列4条中3条阳性者即可诊断为细菌性阴道病。①阴道分泌物为匀质稀薄的白带；②阴道pH＞4.5；③氨臭味试验阳性：取少许阴道分泌物放在玻片上，加入10%氢氧化钾液1～2滴后产生一种烂鱼样腥臭气味；④线索细胞阳性：取少许白带放在玻片上，加一滴生理盐水混合，置于高倍镜下见到20%以上的线索细胞。线索细胞为阴道脱落的表层细胞，于细胞边缘贴附大量颗粒状物即加德纳尔菌，细胞边缘不清。治疗首选甲硝唑，口服或局部用药，克林霉素为另一有效药物。
