１ 主题内容与适用范围
本标准规定了平面回转筛（以下简称回转筛）的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于粮油饲料加工中物料清理、分级用回转筛及其改进产品。 2 引用标准

4.1回转筛应符合本标准要求，并应按经规定程序批准的图样和技术文件制造。
4.2回转筛在原粮中等质量水平的条件下应达到：
4.2.1大杂去除率：≥80％。
4.2.2 小杂去除率：≥50％。
4.2.3 轻杂去除率（带吸风道时）：≥60％。
4.2.4 下脚含正常完整粮粒：≤1％。
4.2.5 处理量符合表1要求。
４.3 机器工作时运转应平衡，无扭摆，无异常声响。
4.4 空载运转噪声，其A计权声压级应不大于80 dB(A)。
4.5 机器空载运转30min后，轴承温升应不大于35℃，最高温度不大于70℃。
4.6 机器空载运转时，机架任何部位振动的振幅均不得大于2mm。
4.7 机器应密封良好，负载运转时应无漏料现象。
4.8 操作装置和调节部位均应灵活、准确、可靠。
4.9 筛格前后段与档板之间、筛格前后段之间接缝均不得大于1mm。
4.10 筛格压紧装置对筛格的压紧可靠，筛格装拆时应轻便灵活。
4.11 筛面装的平面度就不超过表2的规定。表2筛面面积（m2）平面度公差值

4.12 机器运转4h后,各筛面不堵孔率不小于85%.
