以Φ4 m×21 m机械化立窑为研究对象,在原有检测系统的基础上,通过增加必要的在线检测手段,充分收集石灰炉生产过程的信息,建立了石灰生产的动态数学模型,首次提出了石灰炉“全息监测”的概念,并实现了石灰炉的在线仿真,为石灰炉炉况诊断专家系统的建立和石灰炉智能控制系统的研制奠定了基础。
