We focused on seed germination characteristics of 9 Papaveraceae species under 5 different temperatures,the main results are as follows:(1)Compared with low temperature(5～10℃),germination percentage of Macleya microcarpa,Dicranostigma leptopodum,Chelidonium majus and Dicranostigma lactucoides which were collected in low altitude were higher in high temperature(15～25℃).

| 罂粟科 Papaveraceae 双子叶植物纲木兰亚纲的一科。常为有乳状或有色液汁的草本。基生叶通常莲座状；茎生叶大多互生，全缘或分裂，有时具卷须；无托叶。花单生或排列成总状、聚伞、圆锥花序。萼片2或3，多分离，早落；花瓣4～8（～12），稀无，有时外面的2或1枚呈囊状或距，大多颜色鲜艳；雄蕊多数，或4枚或6枚成2体，离生；子房上位，由2至多数合生心皮组成，1室，侧膜胎座，胚珠多数，稀少数或1。蒴果，瓣裂或顶孔开裂。共43属700余种。主要产于北温带。中国有19属300多种，南北均产，以西南为多；其中血水草属和疆堇属为中国特有属。该科植物富含异喹啉类生物碱，如原阿片碱、异紫堇碱、罂粟碱、吗啡、可待因、血根碱、白屈菜碱、博落回碱等。 该科有不少著名的药用植物和庭园观赏植物，如花菱草（金英花）、虞美人、荷包牡丹、罂粟、绿绒蒿、血水草、金罂粟、荷青花、白屈菜、博落回、延胡索、紫金龙等。 |
