After image registration, anatomical delineations of rat skeletal system is segmented from serial sectional anatomical image of rat, then by using Visual C++ and Visualization Toolkit, through parallel surface rendering it reconstructs 3D rat skeletal system model.
首先将大鼠连续断层解剖图像进行图像配准,然后分割、描绘出大鼠骨骼系统中所有的骨骼,最终利用Visual C++和可视化工具包(Visualization Toolkit,VTK)实现并行面绘制计算,建立大鼠骨骼系统的三维可视化模型。
