一、认真执行《金属切削机床通用操作规程》有关规定。
二、认真执行下述有关补充规定：
（一） 工作前认真做到：
1、 检查分配轴及凸轮上的凸轮、撞块应完好无裂纹，安装正确，紧固牢靠。
2、 调正机床时，棒料、毛坯的夹紧，只准用手动不准用机动。
（二） 工作中认真做到：
1、 不准加工弯曲、未经冷拨和未经倒角的棒料。
2、 装料时须将料头对准夹头孔，轻轻击进。棒料长度一般以不超出料管200毫米左右为宜。
3、 四轴自动车床不准在第四工位上装料。六轴自动、半自动车床不准在第六工位上装料。
4、 保险键剪断时，就应查明原因，方准更换新键。
