With the increasing of irradiated laser power density, firstly the detector worked in linear section, then chaos occurred (laser power density about 334mW/cm2) , lastly unstable detector homopolarization was observed(laser power density about 14W/cm2),and the detector recovered to normal working status after the laser was removed.
用连续波DF激光辐照PV型HgCdTe红外探测器,得到不同辐照功率密度下,探测器响应输出的一系列实验结果,观察到器件饱和以外的如探测器混沌、探测器单极化等一些新现象,这些结果与理论预期有着较大差别。

Till now, the research of PS-OCT focuses mainly on the dual-detector PS-OCT, while the single-detector PS-OCT is hardly touched.
论文针对双探测器偏振OCT技术存在的上述不足,提出基于单探测器的偏振OCT系统,即利用单个探测器接收干涉光,通过检测偏振光在生物组织中传播时偏振态变化引起的干涉光光强波动,获取生物组织的双折射性质。

单探测器平移旋转系统
(single detector translaterotate system)ＣＴ设备的类型之一。与原型ＥＭＩ头部ＣＴ机类似的早期ＣＴ系统。扫描方式为平移旋转式(T/R)，只能用于头部检查，为第一代ＣＴ机。Ｘ线管为固定阳极管，仅有1～2个固体探测器。在扫描中Ｘ线管连续发生笔形线束，每平移扫描一次后，机架旋转1°。完成一个层面的180°的扫描，需进行180次平移旋转，需时5～6分钟或更久。重建矩阵为160×160或256×256。该种类型的ＣＴ设备现已淘汰。
