Establishment and application of the BP neural network model on flood routing through reservoir;

Through discussing the conventional method and their characteristic about storage routing for reservoir, the author introduced projecting development status about reservoir storage routing method of late years in our county, such as neural network, Matlab software, excel software and finite-difference method etc, which were applied in storage routing.

This paper summarizes the current status and development of the method for flood regulating calculation of reservoir,reviews some current typical methods and takes case study as example based on computational efficiency.

Research on Flood Routing Model of Nansi Lake;

Based on flood forecasting and dynamic flood routing on line, the feasibility for raising the limiting level of Gutianxi-I reservoir during flood season is studied, the results gained by various methods are examined, and these methods could be used for promoting the effectiveness of other accomplished reservoirs.

A trial function interoolation method is presented to obtain analytical solutonsof flood routing through reservoir by extending ranges of equations with analytic solutions.
