适应症：
急、慢性便秘，习惯性便秘，手术前、腹部X线检查前、内窥镜检查前的肠道排空，手术后恢复正常的排便习惯。
用量用法：
术前肠道准备 术前1日30 mg,顿服。腹部X线检查和内窥镜检查 检查前1日 20mg,顿服。其它适应症 5-10mg qd。 直肠栓剂每次１０ｍｇ。
禁忌： 疑有阑尾炎、胃肠炎、直肠出血及肠道梗阻之急腹症患者。
不良反应： 少数患者有腹痛感，排便后自行消失。
注意事项： 服药前后1hr内不得服用牛奶或抗酸剂。孕妇慎用。 直肠栓剂可能产生轻度的里急后重。肛门破裂或痔疮溃疡者忌用。服药时不得咀嚼和压碎，服药前后２小时不得服牛奶或抗酸剂。
规格： 片剂 5 mg x 8片。 肠溶片：５ｍｇ。
