Taking developing drive program ATM signaling interface in PCI interface as an example, the authors briefly introduce the steps of design and the debug of driver program, and present the environment for developing the drive program, the way of programming and the simplified developing process of the drive program design.

This paper has first introduced the logic structure of GPRS network ,discuss the various transmission protocol that GPRS uses in network from the angle of business transmission, and have analysed signalling interface protocol of every communication substance in GPRS network.
