Using the turbulent viscosity to take the place of kinematic viscosity,distributing the Oseenlets on the boundary line of the two dimensional hydrofoil,and taking the BEM solution of Oseenlets as the iterative initial value for approaching the NS equation, this paper makes the combination of the Oseenlet s BEM and the FDM in water region take effect.
