compensatory decision model
补偿型决策模型(c ompensatory deeisionmodel)有关消费者购买活动的一种理论。一般意义上,产品都有若干属性,并且它们可能引起消费者的不同满意度。该模型认为,令人满意的属性可弥补较差的属性,据此形成综合评判。它有两种决策法则:一种是消费者对每个备择物形成一个总态度,不去估计个别的属性。总态度最好者,为最后的选中对象。另一种法则是在备择物的有关维度上进行评价,并以重要性进行加权,得出综合评价。综合评价值最高者,定为购买的产品。 (张玉峰撰马谋超审)
