温度与湿度(temperature and humidity)一种对劳动者发生影响的环境因素。劳动者会因为温度与湿度的不适感而产生情绪烦恼、心境不佳、身体不适，进而导致工作动机下降、工作效率不高。温度和湿度的影响是多方面的，并有着明显的个性差别，如有人要求工作室温度高些，有人则喜欢低些;有人喜欢空气潮湿一点，有人则要求干燥一些。关于温度与湿度的心理学研究主要有以下几点:(l)研究环境温度与职工体温调节机制的关系。其研究的基本课题是体温对环境温度变化的适应性问题。(2)对绝对气温与有效气温的研究。绝对气温是生产环境的实际气温，有效气温则是指人们对实际气温的知觉体验，即气温知觉。气温对职工心理的影响，主要是有效气温。(3)快感带与个别差异的研究。快感带指人们在主观上引起舒适感的温度区域，它是因人而异的，受人的年龄、性别、职业、区域、心境等差异的影响。研究结果用于对环境气温的控制。参见‘人体不同部位的快感带”。(4)生产效率与气温闽限的研究。气温闽限是指能够维持劳动者的正常工作能力与保证安全生产的气温范围。如气温过高会使人昏头香脑，智力反应下降;气温过低会使人的手脚僵直，反应失灵，动作失控这种研究主要是讨论L作性质与气温闽限的关系。 人体不同部位的快感带昨犷晕… (孙俊山撰张燮审)
