  抵消(undoing)亦称“解脱作用”。一种在潜意识中操作的心理防御机制,指一个人以象征性的、反向的活动或事物来抵消个人所不能接受的和已经做了的事,希望以此解除自己的焦虑。例如,某些人做了对不起别人的事情后,热衷于宗教活动,或将靠不当手段得到的财富用来修造庙宇,借此减少罪恶感和自我谴责的内心痛苦。某些强迫症病人所表现的强迫性仪式动作,也可以看作“抵消”机制的表现形式。 (梁宝勇撰牟文博审)
